Pursuant to Art. 6(1)(b) GDPR, personal data will continue to be collected and processed if you provide it to us for the purpose of performing a contract or when opening a customer account. Which data is collected can be seen from the respective input forms.
You may delete your customer account at any time by sending a message to the controller at the address stated above. We store and use the data you provide for the purpose of processing the contract.

6) USE OF YOUR DATA FOR DIRECT ADVERTISING
6.1 Subscribing to our email newsletter
If you subscribe to our email newsletter, we will regularly send you information about our offers. The only mandatory information required to send the newsletter is your email address. Providing any additional information is voluntary and may be used to address you personally.
For sending the newsletter, we use the so-called double opt-in procedure. This means that we will only send you an email newsletter after you have expressly confirmed that you consent to receiving the newsletter. We will then send you a confirmation email asking you to confirm, by clicking on the relevant link, that you wish to receive newsletters in the future.
By activating the confirmation link, you give your consent to the use of your personal data in accordance with Art. 6(1)(a) GDPR.
When registering for the newsletter, we store the IP address assigned by your internet service provider (ISP), as well as the date and time of registration, in order to be able to trace any possible misuse of your email address at a later date.
The data collected by us when you register for the newsletter is used exclusively for advertising communications via the newsletter.
You may unsubscribe from the newsletter at any time using the link provided in the newsletter or by sending a corresponding message to the controller named above. After unsubscribing, your email address will be deleted from our newsletter distribution list without delay, unless you have expressly consented to further use of your data or we have reserved a further use of your data that is legally permitted and about which we inform you in this privacy policy.
6.2 Sending email newsletters to existing customers
If you have provided us with your email address when purchasing goods or services, we reserve the right to regularly send you offers by email for similar goods or services from our range to those you have already purchased. We do not need to obtain separate consent for this purpose.
The processing of data is based solely on our legitimate interest in personalized direct advertising pursuant to Art. 6(1)(f) GDPR.
If you initially objected to the use of your email address for this purpose, we will not send you such emails.
You are entitled to object to the use of your email address for the aforementioned advertising purpose at any time with effect for the future by notifying the controller mentioned at the beginning. The only costs incurred are the transmission costs according to the basic rates.
Upon receipt of your objection, the use of your email address for advertising purposes will be stopped without delay.

10) ONLINE MARKETING
10.1 DoubleClick by Google
This website uses the online marketing tool DoubleClick by Google, operated by Google LLC, 1600 Amphitheatre Parkway, Mountain View, CA 94043, USA (“DoubleClick”).
DoubleClick uses cookies to display relevant advertisements to users, improve campaign performance reports, or prevent a user from seeing the same advertisements multiple times.
Using a cookie ID, Google records which advertisements are displayed in which browser and can thereby prevent them from being shown repeatedly.
Processing is carried out on the basis of our legitimate interest in optimally marketing our website pursuant to Art. 6(1)(f) GDPR.
In addition, DoubleClick can use cookie IDs to record conversions associated with ad requests. This may occur, for example, when a user sees a DoubleClick advertisement and later visits the advertiser’s website using the same browser and makes a purchase.
According to Google, DoubleClick cookies do not contain personal information.
Due to the marketing tools used, your browser automatically establishes a direct connection with Google’s server. We have no influence over the extent and further use of the data collected by Google through the use of this tool and therefore inform you according to our current state of knowledge.
By integrating DoubleClick, Google receives the information that you have accessed the corresponding part of our website or clicked on one of our advertisements.
If you are registered with a Google service, Google may associate the visit with your account. Even if you are not registered with Google or are not logged in, the provider may obtain and store your IP address.
If you wish to object to participation in this tracking process, you can disable conversion tracking cookies by configuring your browser to block cookies from the domain www.googleadservices.com:
https://www.google.de/settings/ads
This setting will be deleted if you delete your cookies.
Alternatively, you can visit the Digital Advertising Alliance at www.aboutads.info to obtain information about setting cookies and configure your preferences there.
Finally, you can configure your browser so that you are informed about the setting of cookies and can decide individually whether to accept them.
Please note that rejecting cookies may limit the functionality of the website.
Google LLC, based in the USA, is certified under the US-EU Privacy Shield, which ensures compliance with the level of data protection applicable in the EU.
Further information about DoubleClick by Google’s privacy policy can be found at:
https://www.google.de/policies/privacy/
10.2 Use of Google AdWords Conversion Tracking
This website uses the online advertising program “Google AdWords” and, as part of Google AdWords, Google LLC’s conversion tracking service, 1600 Amphitheatre Parkway, Mountain View, CA 94043, USA (“Google”).
We use Google AdWords to draw attention to our attractive offers with the help of advertising materials (so-called Google AdWords) on external websites.
In relation to campaign data, we can determine how successful the individual advertising measures are.
We pursue the interest of displaying advertisements that are relevant to you, making our website more interesting for you, and achieving fair calculation of advertising costs.
The cookie for conversion tracking is set when a user clicks on an advertisement placed by Google through AdWords.
Cookies are small text files stored on your computer system. These cookies generally expire after 30 days and are not used for personal identification.
If the user visits certain pages of this website and the cookie has not yet expired, Google and we can recognize that the user clicked on the advertisement and was redirected to this page.
Each Google AdWords customer receives a different cookie. Cookies therefore cannot be tracked across the websites of AdWords customers.
The information obtained through the conversion cookie is used to create conversion statistics for AdWords customers who have opted for conversion tracking.
Customers receive information about the total number of users who clicked on their advertisement and were redirected to a page with a conversion-tracking tag. However, they do not receive information that could personally identify users.
If you do not wish to participate in tracking, you can block this use by disabling the Google conversion-tracking cookie via your internet browser settings. You will then no longer be included in conversion tracking statistics.
We use Google AdWords on the basis of our legitimate interest in targeted advertising pursuant to Art. 6(1)(f) GDPR.
Google LLC, based in the USA, is certified under the US-EU Privacy Shield, which ensures compliance with the level of data protection applicable in the EU.
Further information about Google’s privacy policy can be found at:
https://www.google.de/policies/privacy/
You can permanently disable cookies for advertising preferences by preventing them through the relevant browser settings or by downloading and installing the browser plugin available at:
https://www.google.com/settings/ads/plugin?hl=de
Please note that certain functions of this website may not be available or may only be available to a limited extent if the use of cookies is disabled.
11) WEB ANALYTICS SERVICES
Google (Universal) Analytics
This website uses Google Analytics, a web analytics service provided by Google LLC, 1600 Amphitheatre Parkway, Mountain View, CA 94043, USA (“Google”).
Google Analytics uses so-called cookies, text files that are stored on your computer and enable an analysis of your use of the website.
The information generated by the cookie about your use of the website, including your shortened IP address, is generally transferred to and stored on a Google server in the USA.
This website uses Google Analytics exclusively with the extension “_anonymizeIp()”, which ensures anonymization of the IP address by shortening it and excludes direct identification of individuals.
Through this extension, your IP address is shortened by Google within member states of the European Union or in other states that are parties to the Agreement on the European Economic Area before being transmitted.
Only in exceptional cases is the full IP address transferred to a Google server in the USA and shortened there.
In these exceptional cases, processing is carried out pursuant to Art. 6(1)(f) GDPR on the basis of our legitimate interest in the statistical analysis of user behavior for optimization and marketing purposes.
On our behalf, Google will use this information to evaluate your use of the website, compile reports on website activity, and provide us with other services related to website and internet use.
The IP address transmitted by your browser as part of Google Analytics will not be merged with other Google data.
You can prevent cookies from being stored by selecting the appropriate settings in your browser. However, please note that in this case you may not be able to use all functions of this website to their full extent.
You can also prevent Google from collecting and processing the data generated by the cookie relating to your use of the website, including your IP address, by downloading and installing the browser plugin available at:
https://tools.google.com/dlpage/gaoptout?hl=de
Alternatively, instead of using the browser plugin or on browsers on mobile devices, you can click the relevant link to set an opt-out cookie that prevents Google Analytics from collecting data from this website in the future.
This opt-out cookie only works in this browser and only for this domain. If you delete your cookies in this browser, you must click the link again.
Google LLC, based in the USA, is certified under the US-EU Privacy Shield, which ensures compliance with the level of data protection applicable in the EU.
This website also uses Google Analytics for cross-device analysis of visitor traffic using a User-ID.
When a page is accessed for the first time, the user is assigned a unique, permanent and anonymized ID that can be used across devices.
This makes it possible to assign interaction data from different devices and sessions to a single user.
The User-ID does not contain personal data and does not transmit such data to Google.
You may object to the collection and storage of data via the User-ID at any time with effect for the future.
To do so, you must disable Google Analytics on all systems you use, for example in another browser or on your mobile device.
You can disable this using a browser plugin from Google:
https://tools.google.com/dlpage/gaoptout?hl=de
Alternatively, instead of using the browser plugin or on mobile browsers, you can click the relevant link to set an opt-out cookie that prevents Google Analytics from collecting data from this website in the future.
This opt-out cookie only works in this browser and only for this domain. If you delete your cookies in this browser, you must click the link again.
Further information about Universal Analytics can be found here:
https://support.google.com/analytics/answer/2838718?hl=de&ref_topic=6010376
12) RETARGETING / REMARKETING / REFERRAL ADVERTISING
Facebook Custom Audience using the Pixel process
This website uses the “Facebook Pixel” from Facebook Inc., 1 Hacker Way, Menlo Park, CA 94025, USA (“Facebook”).
If explicit consent has been given, this allows users’ behavior to be tracked after they have seen or clicked on a Facebook advertisement.
This process is used to evaluate the effectiveness of Facebook advertisements for statistical and market research purposes and can help optimize future advertising measures.
The collected data is anonymous to us, meaning it does not allow us to draw conclusions about the identity of the users.
However, the data is stored and processed by Facebook, which means that it may be linked to the respective user profile, and Facebook may use the data for its own advertising purposes in accordance with Facebook’s data usage policy.
You can allow Facebook and its partners to display advertisements on and outside Facebook.
For these purposes, a cookie may also be stored on your computer.
These processing activities only take place after explicit consent has been given pursuant to Art. 6(1)(a) GDPR.
Consent to the use of the Facebook Pixel may only be given by users who are over 13 years old. If you are younger, please ask your parents or legal guardians for permission.
Facebook Inc., based in the USA, is certified under the US-EU Privacy Shield, which ensures compliance with the level of data protection applicable in the EU.
To disable the use of cookies on your computer, you can configure your internet browser so that cookies are no longer stored in the future or already stored cookies are deleted.
However, disabling all cookies may mean that some functions of our websites can no longer be performed.
You can also disable the use of cookies by third-party providers such as Facebook on the following website of the Digital Advertising Alliance:
https://www.aboutads.info/choices/
Google AdWords Remarketing
Our website uses Google AdWords Remarketing features, through which we advertise this website in Google search results as well as on third-party websites.
The provider is Google LLC, 1600 Amphitheatre Parkway, Mountain View, CA 94043, USA (“Google”).
For this purpose, Google sets a cookie in the browser of your device, which automatically enables interest-based advertising based on a pseudonymous cookie ID and the pages you have visited.
Processing is carried out on the basis of our legitimate interest in the optimal marketing of our website pursuant to Art. 6(1)(f) GDPR.
Further data processing only takes place if you have agreed with Google that your internet and app browsing history may be linked to your Google account and that information from your Google account may be used to personalize advertisements that you see on the web.
If you are logged into your Google account while visiting our website, Google uses your data together with Google Analytics data to create and define target groups for cross-device remarketing.
For this purpose, your personal data is temporarily linked by Google with Google Analytics data in order to create target groups.
You can permanently disable the setting of cookies for advertising preferences by downloading and installing the browser plugin available at:
https://www.google.com/settings/ads/onweb/
Alternatively, you can visit the Digital Advertising Alliance at www.aboutads.info and adjust your preferences there.
Finally, you can configure your browser so that you are informed when cookies are being set and can decide individually whether to accept them, or exclude the acceptance of cookies in certain cases or generally.
Please note that rejecting cookies may limit the functionality of the website.
